Welcome to ShuttleDenCo's FAQ section! As your trusted locally owned Denver shuttle service, we're committed to making your travel experience easy, reliable, and personal. Below are answers to some of the most common questions about our service between Denver International Airport and Colorado Springs.
Residential Pickups
Do you pick up at my home in Colorado Springs? We currently do not offer home pick-ups in Colorado Springs. All rides begin at one of our designated shuttle stop locations.
Making a Reservation
Do I need to book in advance? Yes, we highly recommend booking your ride at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate walk-ups or last-minute bookings, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
How do I reserve a seat? You can book online by clicking the "Book Now" button on our website, or call us directly at 720-724-4068. Online reservations are quick and secure.
When should I be ready? Please arrive at your selected pick-up location at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
What if my flight is delayed? If your flight is delayed and you miss your scheduled shuttle, call us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to move you to the next available departure.
Shuttle Location at DIA
Where do I meet the shuttle at Denver Airport? We pick up on the East Side of baggage claim at Denver International Airport. Exit through Door 505, then walk to Island 5 under the Shared Ride Shuttle sign.
Payments
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards for online and phone reservations.
Cancellation & Changes
How do I cancel or change my reservation? You may cancel or modify your reservation by 11:59 PM the day before your scheduled travel to receive a travel credit valid for one year. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for credit.
Luggage Guidelines
How much luggage can I bring? Each passenger may bring two full-size suitcases (50 lbs each) and one personal item (e.g., backpack or purse). If you have extra luggage, we recommend reserving an additional seat.
Is luggage assistance available? Yes, but for bags exceeding 50 lbs, we may ask you to assist with loading and unloading.
Important: Please tag your luggage with your full name and contact information. Keep valuables with you at all times.
Restricted items include: Hazardous materials, undeclared weapons, oversized boxes, and other prohibited goods. Firearms may only be transported in locked, hard-sided cases and must be declared at check-in.
Accessibility
Do you offer wheelchair-accessible shuttles? Unfortunately, we do not currently offer ADA-accessible vehicles. However, we’re actively working to add wheelchair-accessible vans to our fleet in the near future.
Traveling with a service dog? Absolutely—service animals are always welcome. Just let us know in advance when booking.
Kids & Families
Can children travel alone? Yes. Teens ages 15–17 may ride unaccompanied. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Do you provide car seats? Yes, we offer complimentary car seats and booster seats. Colorado law requires children under 9 years old to use one. If possible, please bring your own. Thank you for your cooperation.
Pets
Are pets allowed on the shuttle? Only trained service animals are permitted onboard our vehicles.
Lost & Found
What if I left something on the shuttle? We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items, but if you think you left something behind, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to reunite you with your belongings.
Group Travel
Do you accommodate group bookings? Yes! We offer group transportation for both casual and corporate travel. In addition to our vans, we also provide luxury SUVs that seat up to 6 passengers. Contact us to request a quote or learn more.
