Terms & Conditions – ShuttleDenCo

Welcome to ShuttleDenCo! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking system, and transportation services. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • Advance reservations are recommended to secure your seat. While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, availability is not guaranteed.

  • Reservations can be made online or by phone.

  • Passengers should be at their designated pickup point at least 10 minutes prior to departure.

  • ShuttleDenCo is not liable for missed flights or connections due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays.

2. Payment & Cancellations

  • We accept all major credit cards.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Reservations can be changed or canceled by 11:59 PM the day before travel to receive a travel credit (valid for one year).

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for credit or refund.

3. Luggage

  • Each passenger is allowed 2 standard suitcases and 1 personal item.

  • Oversized or additional luggage may require an extra seat reservation.

  • ShuttleDenCo is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please tag all luggage with your name and contact info.

  • Valuable or fragile items should be kept with you at all times.

4. Conduct & Safety

  • Passengers must follow driver instructions and conduct themselves respectfully.

  • ShuttleDenCo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

5. Service Animals & Pets

  • Only trained service animals are allowed onboard.

  • Please inform us at the time of booking if you’ll be traveling with a service dog.

6. Delays & Cancellations

  • While we strive for punctuality, ShuttleDenCo is not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.

  • If ShuttleDenCo cancels a scheduled ride, you will be offered a credit or rescheduled trip.

7. Accessibility

  • We are actively working to include ADA-accessible vehicles in our fleet. Please contact us ahead of time if you have accessibility needs.

8. Children

  • Passengers under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Teens ages 15–17 may travel alone with parental consent.

  • Complimentary car seats and booster seats are available upon request, though we encourage parents to bring their own.

9. Use of Website

  • The ShuttleDenCo website is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

  • You may not use this site to make false or fraudulent bookings.

10. Changes to Terms

  • ShuttleDenCo may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
